Key responsibilities:
·Prospecting (cold calling, organising appointments, organising valuations)
·Liaising & Negotiating with Buyers & Sellers
·Conducting open for inspections
·Attending stock runs and events organised by company
·Attending final inspections
·Preparing advertisement, appraisal, authority and sales contracts, and all other sales related documents
·Database management
Knowledge and Skills:
·Fluency in English and Mandarin.
·Highly-effective organising skills including the ability to plan, priorities tasks, work effectively under pressure, achieve goals within established timelines and changing priorities and operate in a methodical manner paying particular attention to every detail of your work.
·The ability to work in a team and maintain a professional working performance is necessary.
·Always conduct yourself in a professional manner and the utmost in professional in presentation.
·Graduates are welcome, preferable with Real Estate Agent Representative Certificate. Otherwise, Universal realty can organise training program that comes with a dedicated mentor.
